CAM Profile Design Calculation (mechanical and electrical) by dedicated software


Made by dedicated CAM Software, increases the speed and reliability of your packaging machine.

Our Technical office (leaded by an ITALIAN Mechanical Engineer with 25y of experience on design of high speed packaging machines) can provide a full CAM profile calculation using dedicated CAM software in order to control the acceleration so the force applied to your movement.

If you have a CAM profile just made by part of radius (usually drawings of old machines) it is a good choice to replace it with a CAM profile calculated by software.

We provide the full list of files necessary for the complete manufacturing using CNC control machine.
Together with an adequate CAM profile we can help you to choose an adequate model of CAM design (by spring, desmo, etc.).

Sample of an OLD CAM, normally made by radius. This profile is not calculated to move with controlled acceleration (only cam stroke is determined). It creates high picks of acceleration so of Force applied to the movement, consequently vibrations, noise and low reliability. 
The NEW CAM is designed by 1 point/degree, the total profile will be composed of 360 points. Then the CNC manufacturing machine will create (by interpolation) the curve using these points.
The file for the CNC machine will be in the format .XLS and it will have the coordinates X/Y of all 360 points.
